Everyone was pleasant, helpful, informative and spoke honestly with me. I was impressed with the lady who did the eye exam (can’t remember her name) as she saw something NO ONE else over the MANY years I’ve been wearing glasses has ever mentioned to me! She immediately conferred with Dr. Marsh who immediately came in to take a look! All’s ok! The fact that I don’t NEED cataract eye surgery, as pushed by some other doctors, was a pleasant surprise! Dr. Marsh was very thorough in her examination of my eyes! Receptionist told me, “ We’re here to make people better, not for the most money we can make off them “. Again, impressed! Looking forward to my next visit.
I recently attended a Breakfast with the Experts at the Arizona Eye Institute and Cosmetic Laser Center in Sun City West. I was very impressed!! I had been using Restylane filler and I always loved the results. Now I understand why it is so important to go to someone who is Certified and has the level of experience you find at Dr. Emilio Justo’s office. Not only is it a warm and inviting office, Roxanne, the Director of Nursing, is very professional and wants to make sure you get the best results possible. I really appreciate the fact that they are never pushy and they ask what I’d like to see with regard to the results I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff here! I am very pleased with the results and I highly recommend the staff at Arizona Eye Institute!
It is important for me to share my experience with the Arizona Eye Institute because they really went out of their way for me! I have never been greeted so kindly and then given so much time with the doctor/surgeon before! Dr. Justo is clearly very kind and caring. His nurse Roxanne is also an incredible cosmetic nurse who is keeping me young! I would recommend Arizona Eye Institute for everything from vision exams to Botox!
