We've been coming here since 2024, and every visit has been an excellent experience. The office is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The front desk gentleman is friendly, kind, and always makes us feel welcome. Dr. Vargas Torrecilla and Maribel Madrigal are amazing. They are patient, caring, and take the time to explain everything clearly. They've been wonderful with both me and my 9 year old daughter. She actually looks forward to her appointments and asks when she gets to come back, which says a lot. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring, professional eye care team.

Have been coming here for several years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I think they look out for me, like last year there was not enough of a change to warrant getting new glasses. They could've upsold me, but they didn't. Made paying for 2 new pair this year that much easier, knowing this time I did need new glasses. Brian has been "the face" of the practice for a long time and is a truly lovely person. The LDO Larysa takes her time to measure more than once so I know my bifocals will fit perfectly. Dr. Vargas is kind and skilled, and I wish I remembered the name of the tech because she was truly friendly and got all the prliminaries handled in a very short amount of time. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would!

As someone who uses a wheelchair and isn’t able to transfer, finding a truly accessible and accommodating medical office can be a challenge. This office didn’t just meet that need—they embraced it. Everything was accessible, and the staff made it clear that they take pride in making all patients feel comfortable. From the moment I arrived, the experience was great. Bryan at the front desk was welcoming, personable, and even had us laughing. The technician, Maribel, made the exam process genuinely enjoyable, which is not something I ever expected to say about an eye exam. And Dr. Vargas was exceptional—kind, attentive, and truly focused on my needs. I never felt rushed. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism, compassion, and accessibility this well. I’ll absolutely be recommending this office to everyone I know.

We just had an appointment for my Mom today. The care from beginning to end was exceptional! The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable and just cares! Brian does a great job managing the front.
