Keen Eye Center

I just completed my eye exam at Keen Eye Center for glasses and contacts. Keen was highly recommended by a friend. Unfortunately there were too many issues and misunderstandings for me to use their services again or recommend them to anyone. Part of the confusion and frustration was due to my knowledge of how eye centers work, ( I’ve never had contacts before) but I would expect someone to provide me with some clear guidance of the process … but that didn’t happen. Instead, the lack of clear communication and guidance on next steps left me frustrated, confused and finally a one star review. I will say the doctor was fantastic however the lack of clear communication and overall poor customer service earned the one star.

I had the most amazing experience at Keen Eye Center. Oneida, the front end attendant was incredible from the time you walk in the door. Keen Eye Center is so thorough from start to finish. The exam was quick and very advanced. Dr, Alex was the most knowledgeable eye Dr I have ever been to. Very up on the latest advances and also very supportive of total eye health. I would totally recommend Keen Eye Center, definitely 5 Stars! !

Overall a great visit. Doctor was very sweet and good with kids. Receptionists at front desk were very kind and patient. And the optician was great she has a lot of experience is very good at mapping out a plan for your glasses and helps you choose the right ones for you. Overall the visit was perfect.

What a wonderful experience! I spent a lot of time deciding on a provider and I am so glad we chose Keen. Very professional. State-of-the-art equipment. Staff are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a very satisfying visit. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. Samantha was very disrespectful and would not spend anytime on the phone to walk through my bill. At the end she was yelling, short on the conversation and said if I don't come in to review the bill she does not want my business. STAY away form this group, it is like buying a used car. To add to the reply.. I asked Samantha for information emailed or reviewed which she denied both and demanded me to come into discuss and repeatedly saying she does not have time to talk to me, even when I asked for a call back when she had time. She is very unprofessional, I recommend for anyone trying to find a place to obtain glasses, contacts or an eye exam to go to Lens Crafters.
