I happily drive 45 minutes for my ophthalmology and optometry appointments just to see Dr. Fors and her incredible team! From start to finish, they make scheduling and follow-ups an easy! They truly are the best. The exceptional care and great patient experience makes the drive worth it every single time. Highly recommend!

I really appreciate Active Eyecare. I needed a new prescription for a while, they made scheduling online very easy. The office was well organized and welcoming. When I had to move my appointment, they adjusted it very easily. I like that I was able to fill out paperwork before going in, I printed it off their site. And the doctor was patient and answered all questions I had. If you need an eye doc, definitely come here!

My wife and I have been going to Active Eyecare of Surprise for two years. Dr. Fors and everyone there have always been very friendly and fun to talk to. The atmosphere in the office has always been relaxed, but yet professional. We have always felt like we received good health care when we leave. We are extremely happy to be going there for eyecare.
