NASIBA!! She’s amazing from the moment I walked in she was the most helpful person I have ever encountered in a medical setting. She went above and beyond for me and my partner who has never been to a eye doctor before since arriving here in the states three years ago. I wish everyone on her team was as helpful we had to call a few times and encountered different approaches until finally getting through to her and again helping us out since we needed our glasses before my partner left home to Laughlin. Thank you so much for all you did to make our experience at AMERICAS BEST EYES GLASSES a good one, you Nasiba put the Best in the name!

Great place to get glasses! Alexis Murphy is the absolute best girl! And they were very accommodating there! I had to take my two year old with me and they were all so nice and they made sure to get me my glasses before I left on a trip!

Ok I am impressed! I was greeted, signed in and take into my appointment within maybe 2 minutes of arrival. They are well staffed, kind and extremely professional. Did I mention the ease of making an appointment online and the amazing confirmation emails/text that they send. Well if you need an eye exam and a good selection of glasses…..consider this location.

Upset that the staff that helped me with my latest prescription was not knowledgeable on what I needed specifically for my eyes. They didn’t advise me what would work best even after I voiced all of my concerns with my vision. After my new prescription failing to help me see better I had to take my lenses back in to be adjusted and wait another two weeks And sped spend even more money. This is also after being cut off when speaking by one of the employees. When I called on the phone to ask questions, I couldn’t even finish a sentence. When I went in person, I was trying to explain how my vision was with my new prescription and before I can even finish my sentence, she just interrupted me and said you need anti-reflective coating that’s why I don’t know why I keep going back to this place every time I go I feel rushed

They keep getting my prescription wrong. I’m not going to keep driving back and forth and spending my valuable time when it’s wasted. I have been seen twice and my prescription is still wrong. Both glasses I got are not usable and I’m unable to use them. Extremely frustrating and disappointing overall. I will never go back. Waste of $130. I would recommend going to an eye doctor every time, this was my first and last time trying a place like this.
