Honestly very disappointed in my services this year I’m a business owner my self and I would never let my customer walk out unhappy. They gave me back my new glasses and a screw was missing they didn’t even take accountability in even fixing or covering the repairs. They just handed me a business card so I guess this is my problem now. Smh! This is what happens when you go to a franchise they give you poor quality work. Never again!
Purchased ai meta glasses about 4 months ago, 2 months in they malfunctioned, got them warrantied out. (That was a complicated process) not visionworks fault at all. Ray-ban made it extremely difficult. Tommy (manager) at prasada visionworks jumped through hoops for me to help me get the new frames. Basically he had to hold my hand and walk me through the steps. He even recut my lenses to fit in my new frames. Extremely helpful. Every employee I dealt with in the 2 months it took to get them completely replaced, was very nice and extremely helpful. Thanks
Stellar customer service. It was flawlessly done. I went to order a prescription with smart frames. I was informed of everything and all my possible insurance benefits were applied so the cost was reduced and it was less that I calculated on my own. I felt well taken care of and respected. Also the process was really faster than I anticipated. It was in fact less than 15-20 minutes and I was out of the store in no time and ready to continue with my life. All instructions were given clearly and I had no questions about next steps until I will be able to get my glasses. I'm really pleased with the in person service.
My son’s glasses were stepped on at daycare and I stopped in to see if they could replace the screw that popped out. She(I didn’t catch her name) replaced it in a couple of minutes, no charge. My son can see again!! You’ve gained a customer for life. Thank you thank you
