I absolutely loved this office and all the staff was very friendly and informative! Shout out to Dr Baird and Kymani for being amazing in helping me understand what was going on with my eyes as well as picking out a frame that would suit the lenses I needed. The exam was very thorough and the technology available was very cool. The office itself is modern and cute! Great experience, highly recommend!

This place use to be a good place to go. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I arrived for my appointment at 10:40 the scheduled time. They then made me fill out medical questionnaire. Another customer arrived about 10:45 for a 11 am appointment. They immediately brought back this customer, Maybe it’s because I am sent here by the VA and the rates aren’t as good as the other customers insurance. With that being said if you expect to put other appointments in front of me and you don’t respect my time I will just leave like I did. The fact that they disrespected me as a Veteran I would suggest anyone that has family members or friends that have ever served in the Military that you avoid village eye care as they don’t respect the sacrifices we have made. I guess it just makes it more rich that they just enjoyed a 3 day weekend last week over the sacrifices of my brothers and sisters in arms. I understand the VA reimbursement rates aren’t as high as others and that you’re a business, but with that said you’ve made it clear as other reviews have stated you’re only interested in a money grab and it’s out of my control what the VA pays you. Maybe you should just stop serving veterans! It appears you do only when it’s convenient for you to fill in your gaps to keep some revenue coming in. Sorry but my healthcare shouldn’t be put on a back burner over money. I will seek care from a office that respects me as a human and doesn’t look at me like I’m a dollar sign. This was once a good place for care and it’s gone downhill.
We have been seeing, 😉😉😂,no pun intended....Dr. Baird for years, have even traveled from the East Coast while living there to do my yearly exam with him. It's always a great experience! Dr. Baird and staff were friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They were thorough and efficient with my eye exam, helped me with both glasses and contacts, and took the time to explain my husbands medical eye condition clearly. We always feel cared for and never rushed. Highly recommend!
They are super helpful and knowledgeable. I've haven't had an eye exam since grade school so I had plenty of questions which they were happy to answer. Now that I have glasses I wont be going anywhere else. Very enjoyable atmosphere and very easy to get along with absolutely everyone I dealt with. Scheduling and appointments were a breeze.
Excellent in all respects. No wait for eye exam-big plus! I’ve had 2 other eye providers since moving to the area 12 years ago. Finally left the first one after a few years because I would schedule an appointment weeks in advance and still wait for over an hour each time before being taken back for my exam. Then I’d be left in the room for over 30 minutes before my exam was reviewed by the provider and completed so my appointment would take almost 3 hours! Switched to another provider and it was the same scenario. After a few years there, asked a friend for a recommendation and she said she loved Village Eye. They are, indeed, on time and the staff, providers, and opticians are great.
