I’ve been waiting 8 weeks for my glasses. They claim my time frame is off. I ordered them on June 17th, it is now August 12th. I’m pretty sure I’m never getting them even though I paid $30. They keep saying it should be any day now but I’m still waiting. I took my prescription elsewhere.

I was informed my glasses would be there in 7-10 business days. Took over a month before I was notified they were finally in. Called almost every week. Either they didn't know & they were in transit twice. Picked up today & I ordered brown glasses but received burgundy glasses. I asked the receptionist & she looked @ a card (not even sure it was mine) & said it said burgundy. I don't even like red & the more I thought about it is I did order brown. The arms had a different design than the part where the lenses go. I also had & paid for blue tint & these don't have that feature. I would like to exchange these for the correct ones I ordered or get a refund. Very frustrated.

If there was zero stats I’d leave that. Seriously stay away from this place the doctors suck. But the front desk lady is beyond rude lazy and unprofessional. My glasses took 3 months to come in!! They did nothing to help. 3 months how is that explainable
