Elizabeth provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, patient, and went out of her way to help us, even when she didn't have to. She did an amazing job repairing and restoring our glasses, and her attention to detail was truly appreciated. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping people the way she does. We had an eye exam for my son today and let me tell you this place was awesome! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by emily and she was so kind and knowledgeable and so patient with my son. She made the whole process so smooth and easy! I never felt rushed and she made sure to explain everything to us so we felt comfortable. My son had a great visit and even enjoyed it! Just exceptional customer service and we will definitely be back for all our future needs! Thanks so much emily you were the best ❤️

Love the new store location! All around better atmosphere. The staff members were all very helpful, patient and accommodating. Even with an appointment the wait time was very long, so I'd recommend clearing your schedule for the day when coming to buy some glasses! Bonus, the staff provides free entertainment while you are waiting to see the doc!

Tuesday 08/18/26 The entire staff was extremely helpful during the exam and glass selection. My wife and I both purchased glasses and prescription sunglasses earlier in August. As I was not used to progressive lenses, I had to have both pair of mine re-ordered. A young lady named Donna assisted me with the re-order and fitting. She was extremely professional, nice and knowledgeable with my situation.

I have been shopping with LensCrafters for 30 years at least. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I wasn’t always satisfied. This latest shopping experience was beyond stellar. Jake helped me with his honest opinions of frame styles and colors and offered suggestions that were extremely helpful. He spent time pulling styles from all over the store. I didn’t have my prescription with me, so I had to go back. When I went back, he was at lunch, but Emily, store manager stepped in, found all 3 of the frames I had picked out and fitted me with my prescription. I can’t say enough good things about the LensCrafters in Bourbonnais IL and their staff. Buying glasses can be a stressful situation, they are expensive and you have to wear them every day! Knowing that the staff at the LensCrafters in Bourbonnais, IL are always there and helpful helps take all the stress out of the situation.
