One word - Wonderful!! It felt so good to feel listened to and not made to feel like you were a burden for asking questions. Dr. Lisa was very knowledgeable and explained my eye x-rays thoroughly! Nina was also amazing and very patient with me while I selected my glasses. Everyone I encountered on the staff was super friendly and welcoming! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!
This was probably the best doctors office visit I’ve had in a very long time! At doctors appointments, I tend to always feel dismissed and rushed out. Not here. The doctor Lisa, was so sweet and very educated. The staff was extremely friendly. I felt very comfortable here & it’s odd to say, but I can’t wait for my next eye exam appointment! ☺️
We had a great experience at this while getting glasses for my daughter. Dr. Lisa and all the staff were so patient, kind, and understanding, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free for her. We are very thankful for the excellent service and would highly recommend this office to other families.
Wonderful EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I called and was able to get an appointment to same day!!!! Staff were friendly at the answer of my phone call! When I entered through the doors, I was greeted with a pleasant tone and warm smile —-it was genuine!!!! The doctor chair side manners were IMPECCABLE! She was attentive to my concerns and really listened to me. She didn’t rush through my exam and made me feel comfortable! I have found a new optometrist!!!! Felt at home
The joy my children had being seen at The Optical Edge during their sisters visit was everything!!!! All the ladies were beyond amazing and my daughter has been seeing the eye doctor for the last four years and never have I had a doctor explain her condition the way Dr. Lisa did!!! Service was 10/10 definitely recommend!!
