AI appointment easy. From the start to finish, staff is great. Options are great. That's why I have chosen this location before and once again. Great job to all involved. Had to return safety frames, too wide for me, staff tried adjusting the frames. Found a better fit with a different frame, see you soon.
My experience at the Bradley Visionworks was fine. I didn't have to wait, the doctor seemed to be knowledgeable. I however had an issue with the cleanliness of the displays. Every pair of glasses I tried was dirty. Every shelf was dirty. There were three employees plus the doctor. Are they that busy that they don't have time to clean? I will go elsewhere for my glasses.
Staff was super helpful they helped me pick out a pair of glasses because my dog had chewed up my frames. They took time to help and found me the most cutest frame. I left very happy and received so many compliments and it’s only been a day . Thank you so much ladies

Everything, she took the time to give us a visual look at how reflective glasses would look in and out the sun. She also helped with pick out a second pair of glasses when one didn't fit. The most helpful and considered jester was taking time to make sure my son's glasses that he was currently wearing was exceptionally clean. Thanks for the service 💖
