Dr. Boone is a wonderful resource when it comes to eye care. The staff is so friendly and efficient. I have come in both for routine wellness visits and sick visits, and every time, I feel like I receive excellent care. Highly recommend if you are looking for an optometrist in the Frankin area!
The doctor was amazing and everyone was really friendly. My only negative is none of the frames etc were priced which even with insurance I struggled to make a decision. I ended up going to vision works to get my glasses and just getting my prescription at this location. I was quoted almost $500 after insurance & @ vision works I got the same brand with lenses glare etc for $125
Today’s visit was last minute. Dr. Boone scheduled me last minute because I had an infection in one of my eyes and I was scheduled to leave for my trip out of country the next day. He was on time, very knowledgeable and communicative. He made sure to prescribe me a medication that would protect me during my entire stay. Every person I have referred to him is very happy with him. The first time I saw him 2 yrs ago, he saved my eye sight by getting me seen by a cataract specialist the same day..
I was able to schedule and be seen within days. The office was clean and modern with a friendly staff. Dr. Boone has an amazing personality and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did the exam go well, additional he spent time showing me the condition of my eyes and explaining every detail so I could understand how he would best treat me. I’m so grateful for Dr. Boone and I’d recommend. Thank you!
Dr. Boone is a very knowledgable , friendly and a great human! I love every time I interact with him. He makes the whole visit so personable. The staff is very helpful too
