Absolutely incredible! I've been going to Optique Franklin for a couple of years and it's been an exceptional experience. Easy to book appointments; get someone on the phone and it's just an inviting space. You can park behind the building and they validate. Dr. Aishwarya Pillai is probably the most patient Optometrist and just has great energy! Highly recommend if you're looking for an Optometrist in middle TN. Michael

I’ve been to multiple eye doctors. In my visit with another doctor last year, they put me in some contacts that I greatly disliked and didn’t seem to help my up close or distance sighting. Dr. Michele Sonsino and Necoya were awesome. They both took the time to listen to all my questions and concerns and fit me with a couple of options to take home and try, based on my preferences. And Andrea and Haiden were also extremely helpful and friendly. It’s not often you find a place that knows their stuff and gives you friendly, personalized care, but this place is it!

The experience was great. There was no long wait to be seen. The doctor and staff were very pleasant and they always take very good care of me. The location is convenient and the office is very appealing. I would highly recommend Optique Eye Care

I’ve had lifelong terrible experiences getting eye exams — doctors rushing through appointments, ending up with the wrong prescription, and feeling uncomfortable or uncertain during the whole process. Even picking out frames never felt easy or secure. I shared those concerns, and Dr. Michele Sonsino and the staff at Optique Franklin truly put my needs and care in focus (pun intended). The exam was thorough, thoughtful, and I never once felt rushed. They actually listened. On top of that, previous places had very limited designer frame options and even discouraged the 20% tint I wanted. Not here. The selection was fantastic, and they were completely supportive in helping me get exactly what I was looking for. I’m beyond happy with the experience and will be recommending them to all my friends.
