I had an excellent experience at this eyecare clinic from start to finish. This was my first time at this clinic and the staff were so welcoming. Dr. Shea was so thorough and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. Dr. Shea answered all my questions without rushing and made me heard. I cannot say enough good things about her. Overall, I left feeling confident in my eye health and happy with the level of care I received. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly eyecare services in Williamson County!

I had a very good experience with Cool Springs EyeCare. I’ve had glasses all my life and have used many different Optometrists for eye care. I’m new to this area and needed to see an optometrist as my eyesight changed. I wanted an all in one professional business that covers everything. With great frames to pick from and acceptable insurance plans. The exam and fitting was top notch. I’m so happy I picked this business. They took great care of my needs and my eyes.

I came in to pick up my contacts and was greeted by Addyson at the front desk with a smile and warm hello! She quickly got my order and told me about a rebate I didn't know I was eligible for that will get me $100 back. Customer service seems to be going bybthe wayside so I am always ecstatic when I go somewhere that makes me feel welcome AND saves me money! Thank you Addyson for helping me and being so kind!

Just had one if the most comprehensive and thorough annual eye exams of my life. I also was able to talk with the doctor for a very long Visit. Our conversation ranges from new contacts, different contacts for distance so I could see the ball batter in golf, Potential macular degeneration issues, dry eye, checked for glaucoma, checked for cataracts. I was very impressed.

This place is absolutely terrible. I mean, the worst. First, they incorrectly diagnosed me with a hole in my retina. I went to a retina specialist and they said I 100% don't have a hole in my retina. Then when I went back to Cool Springs Eye care and told them they legitimately laughed at me as if it was obvious the specialist was wrong (who they recommended to me). Since then I've gotten it checked by multiple other Doctors and confirmed that there is no hole in my retina. Then they got my prescription wrong by nearly a whole point! When I told them that something felt off they acted bothered and told me there is nothing that they can do. Dr. Robin Brady in particular has the unique quality of being both incredibly arrogant and simultaneously laughably wrong about what he's talking about. I've never been to a worse eye doctor before, someone should seriously take his license away. Please steer clear and go to another doctor in town.
