This morning's appointment went very well. Check in was a little backed up but after that wait times were brief. All associates were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr Brosnan was very personable and knowledgeable. I went in thinking i might need cataract surgery and he confirmed it. I was in and out in under an hour and a half. Usually things are very backed up but today was great.
I have been a patient at Asheville Eye Associates for many years, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I’ve received. Dr. Schultz is knowledgeable, professional, and always takes the time to ensure I receive a thorough eye examination. He patiently answers my questions and never makes me feel rushed. I truly appreciate the excellent care and attention to detail. I highly recommend Dr. Schultz and the entire Asheville Eye Associates team!
Going to the eye doctor with a toddler has the potential to be challenging for reasons far outside the office’s control, but we had such a pleasant experience because of the kindness of the staff (thank you, Ms. Candy!), the well-equipped designated area for kids, and the efficiency of the process. Check in was quick, our wait was short, the exam process was age-appropriate, and the communication was clear throughout. As a mom with at least 30 pediatric eye appointments under her belt with another child through another practice, this was a breath of fresh air.
Received a very good checkup and found each test with friendly people. Julie Tullock very knowledgeable and answered questions well. Waiting is lengthy with dilation and tests but only once a year if no problems.
Outstanding!! Entire team was beyond professional, kind, thorough & totally focused on me & my vision issues. The organization & promptness of their multiple services was impressive as they were extremely respectful of the patients time & comfort level. Each procedure & exam was explained beforehand & time was allowed for questions. What a positive experience with a friendly team of experts. Highly, highly recommend!!
