I had the Best experience with Dr. Susanne Kilgo and her team, Erica and Pam! Customer Care was top notch friendly, caring and kind. Found a stylish pair of glasses 🥰 And Great team to help and encourage my new venture into contacts . Dr. Susanne is a great listener that is a big deal for me. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would.. Very Grateful to have found her. PS. And they got me in as a new patient the week I called for an appointment.. HUGE!!

Dr. Kilgore is wonderful. She is both very professional and extremely pleasant. The exam is thorough and I am always made to feel comfortable. I am entirely satisfied with my prescription. All of the interactions I have had with her staff have been very positive. I have been able to find frames there that I like very much. Dr. Kilgo and her staff have been wonderful about helping me choose frames. I was reccomended by a friend who raved about Dr. Kilgore, and I can see why. She is far superior to other eye doctors I have had. My husband sees her too and is equally enthusiastic. Highly recommended!

Dr. Kilgo and her staff are amazing! I am a new patient, and the first moment I walked through the door I was greeted with the upmost customer service. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Dr. Kilgo is thorough and takes her time with caring for patients needs. Each staff member is knowledgeable and took the time to explain any lingering questions.
