This is the second time I’ve gotten my glasses here out-of-network and it’s because of the workers.Try anything on ya want, not pushy, more than happy to make anything work, very willing to search from their catalog and order anything in you want that is not in store, just all around cheerful and ready to make your experience smooth and stress free. I liked a pair of sunglasses and how they fit so they just told me “well we can get those with normal lenses if ya want”. So I gladly took that route this time and I love my new glasses! It was also my fiancée’s first time in here and she decided on buying a new pair of sunglasses because of the discount they had going on and now she also recommends this place to her friends as well!

I had an outstanding experience at Aspire. It felt like I was in a high end boutique. The vibe of the store is incredible with a vast selection of frames. I worked with Sidnee and couldn’t be more pleased. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right eyewear. She got it right on the first pair! Dr. Barrett listens carefully to assure I have just the right eye prescription. Aspire works with my insurance for my frames. They handle all the paperwork.

Aspire Optical has the BEST staff, who are truly experts in their craft. The selection of frames that they carry is truly one of a kind. There is nowhere else that you will find the variety that Aspire has. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the brands that they carry. It does not feel like they are salespeople, but rather stylists and educators. The Dr on staff is very thorough with eye health, and always asks questions to ensure that I am going to be happy with the prescription and what I am using it for. I will always be a happy customer at Aspire Optical.
