Normally I go to the one in Dilworth for my routine exams due to it being close. However, there was an extra test that needed to be done that my location couldn't do. Luckily, this location has Eli. A very professional, young and kind soul who is there to help. I was so nervous going this location. I shouldn't have been because he eased my worries. I got treated with respect, dignity and friendliness. I highly recommend this location.

I have gone to Midwest Vision-now Shopco- since 1996. I have had some super incredible people there(Gary, Juliette, Dr Kensok) Annette is the best. She has had to work alone for months with staff shortages...but she remained bubbly, helpful, attentive. I so enjoy her and stopping in. Need Heather back too!

Annette has no idea what she is doing. Charged for protection plan that I signed off that I did not want. Improperly billed my insurance, received a refund check and then received a bill for the same amount. I asked for glasses with thinnen lenses, due to a "miscommunication" I did not receive them and will be charged more for this to be fixed. Optometrist was great!

Dr. Guler is very knowledgeable and professional. Rachel and Annette encourage continued visits through their professional and friendly service.
