Was long over due for eye exam. Saw Dr Abbott againy second time. She understood why it has been awhile since she last saw me. Very caring. The guy who helped me pick out my glasses was amazing as well. Highly recommend

Eye exam/recommendations with the doctor was quick and educational (provided feedback/literature on corrective eye surgery…). And selecting a pair with Catherine up front was actually (dare I say) an enjoyable process - super easy, wasn’t rushed whatsoever, and a customer-service friendly experience. She also cleaned/repaired them without me asking! (i.e., was missing a tiny screw that I haven’t been able to find a replacement for…),
Today on 5/12/26 approximately 2:15pm there was a single young man in there doing all the work while 2 women were chatting it up doing nothing. Ignoring me as I walked in. So I had to wait for the man to get done speaking with another customer. Absolutely ridiculous. I stood around in front of them so that they could see me hoping they could simply print off a copy of my prescription. They were too busy yapping together to ask if I needed any help.
I am impressed with my first experience with this business. I needed to get in for a stronger prescription asap and the lady got me an appointment the next day and I spent more time waiting in the lobby bc I showed up really early than it took for the exam to get the prescription for my new glasses! Easy peasy in and out just how I like 10/10
First time here great experience. Loved the doctor I had wish I could remember his name. All the ladies here were very nice. Tod zahares is the best! I would follow him all the way to NH if I had to! Thank you guys! I will be back
