Absolutely outstanding experience today with Andrea, one of the opticians! She was so friendly and let me take my time picking out frames, also giving her opinion on their look in the kindest way. She made sure to take her time going over my insurance coverage and helped me to understand exactly how much I could spend and how much my insurance would cover. It was my first time ordering glasses and she made the experience seamless and exciting! Her sense of humor, her expertise, her kindness; all of it will make me a lifetime customer of Rochester Eye Care. Thanks again, Andrea!!

I'm not a patient or a customer of Rochester Eye Care Associates, but yesterday I had a problem with my glasses. I stopped in to see if they could help. Not only did the fix my glasses, but they refused to take any money for it. They were extremely kind and helpful. If that's the way they treat people that aren't customers, I can only imagine how well they treat patients. I was very impressed. Thank you for a job well done!

So I came to Rochester Eye after having Cataract Surgery and love Dr. Bagda...but was there recently for my husband's appointment. He was there for glacoma assessment with Dr. Clark who was impressive with his details along with his knowledge and skill. He took baseline photos for comparison and answered every question. while I was there I needed a new Pair of glasses...great selection and it was here that I met James...he helped me pick a great pair of glasses! His demeanor was kind and sweet and he left a great impression...he knew his stuff and made great recommendations...awesome young man AND he tightened up my old glasses and ,well...what a sweet young man. They are awesome! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The eye doctor was great. Love the glasses! I had previously went to lens crafters and got glasses I hated them they were too big. At Rochester Eye care they have a great selection large and smaller ones for my face I needed a smaller pair I have never found a pair of glasses so quick that I liked! I highly recommend them!

I'm at that point where my vision is starting to get worse so I made an appointment with Dr. Gruber. My wife uses Rochester Eye Care and likes it, so that's why I came here. The eye exam was great. Dr. Gruber was helpful and nice. Once I had my prescription I almost bought my glasses online, but decided to get them at Rochester Eye Care as well. I appreciated being able to see all of the different options, try them on, and talk with an actual person about them. All three of the people I interacted with were kind and knowledgeable. The glasses were ready two weeks after I ordered them and were exactly what I was expecting. Thanks!
