Been 3 times, and given 3 different prescriptions in less than 2 months. Called because they gave me two different prescriptions after getting the glasses i purchased that did not work checked, was told prescription stayed the same, glasses were made wrong, well after spending 2 more weeks getting new glasses, to find out i've been given 2 different prescriptions, and they were NOT the same as told, it in fact changed, called to make another appointment after wasting 1 month on trying to find comfort in wrong prescription. finally after talking to the manager got a third appointment due to their mistake of giving me two prescriptions. go into this appointment, and they are not even up to date on what was happening, lady was like "you are here for a glasses check?" no i am here due to your business' mistake of prescriptions, that was explained in detail. then to be told this about the two prescriptions by the tech: "-.25 of a change is nothing to us" ok well if i went to McDonalds, and wanted a burger with no pickle, and you put one pickle cause its not really a change, would you expect me to not ask for it to be fixed or checked again? Then getting the third prescription, and to find your eye that had no astigmatism for the first two tests, now has a astigmatism... ok how was that completely missed on the first two. I did not even SEE the doctor this last time. Now i have to start the entire process of getting glasses again, and hope they work. I am really upset, and I hope that I do not need to call for a fourth time due to not being able to see out of a wrong prescription.

My first experience at Associated Eye Care in Lino Lakes exceeded my expectations. Pleasant, clean environment. Employees were helpful and friendly. Dr. Ryan Fedor listened to my concerns and conducted further testing to hopefully correct my vision issue. The staff in the optical shop were patient and helpful in selecting new glasses.

Have been going here for years, even after moving 1.5 hours away. Staff and doctors are friendly and very helpful. Dr. Park explains things very well and in plain English. I like that he always provides options and does not judge you for your decision.
