Protect your pocket book and credit report - don’t do business with this clinic. If your experience is anything like mine, you’ll have a lovely meeting with the doctor and then you order eye glasses which don’t work so you go somewhere else. Then a year later…yes, a full year later…you get a bill for the remaining amount of the cost of the glasses. When you call to get an explanation, there is no apology, no details, just “meh, we’ll look into it”.

I saw Dr. Alexander around a month ago for a prescription on glasses and contacts. As the exam wrapped up, he was about to send me on my way when I asked about my contact lens fitting. He scrolled the tablet and said "oh yes, this was a contact exam". He then asked me what my preferred lens was, to which I told him. Dr. Alexander left to go get a trial pair, then returned and handed them over to me. Without doing any further testing, or examining them in and on my eyes (because he didn't even have me put them in while I was there), he sent me on my way with the advice to "try them for a few weeks to see if you like the feel and fit before purchasing any". Next, I got to check out. The lady asked me if I wanted to buy the lenses right there, to which I said no (based on thr advice of her company and the Dr.). Then, I get charged a fee for the contact exam (again, Dr. was unaware such exam existed until I told him). Fast forward to last week. I called around to many places looking for my contacts in stock to which none had them. I then called this office to see if they could change my brand so that I can get some right away from them directly. I was told that my brand was already confirmed and I would have to schedule a re-fitting - luckily a re-fitting would be no extra charge. This should have been a simple visit, but the appointment felt rushed when I wasn't sitting around waiting to be seen, there was no patient care and I feel as though I got duped. Walmart and Target Optical have been very good to me over the years, and I should have just gone to them again - lesson learned.

This place is a haul from the Twin Cities, but it’s very nice. I had to pay for my free sample of my contact lenses which disappointed me. Dr. Alexander and Ms. Whitney are FANTASTIC!!!!

Excellent care! The staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Deanna was very thorough, patient and friendly. If you need glasses this is the place to go. Becky was very helpful in helping me with selection. I highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the time, testing, and evaluation Dr. Nave performed on me when I arrived with a "floater" in my eye. She is highly skilled and caring.
