Very happy to have found this great eye clinic in White Bear Lake! I had a visit with Dr Kevin Lucas who was fabulous! He was so nice, thorough, and explained everything fully. The staff was friendly and consistent in making sure you had what you needed.
I have been going to Birch Lake Eye Clinic for over 30 years now. Dr. Grudem and ALL the staff are absolutely wonderful. State of the art equipment and exceptional facility. Everyone is so friendly and VERY thorough and knowledgeable. The best around, hands down.
The disease i have, has not been easy.for myself and for the The Doc. !!! He ts such a patient man and explains that he plans on doing forward. I'm looking forward to working with Doctor Lucas when The Doc. Retires full time. I prefer not to go to another clinic or doctor to receive treatment for this disease. The staff has always been Most helpful through the years. I have been connected with Birch Lake for over "30" Years. Yes thirty !!! Thank you so much for the staff & Doctors that make this Clinic a family like atmosphere, when I walk through the door.
Friendly, professional, and efficient! They were able to get me in for a same day emergency appointment. Dr. Schwantke and his team were great!
Everyone’s very friendly, love the manager Michelle- she worked hard to get me the best deal possible and is very personable. April was very sweet to me and my child who came with, the doctor was kind and soft spoken, everyone who works here is so welcoming and knowledgeable! Thank you!
