Office staff was nice and this time we got back quickly. Unfortunately Dr Wexler was very impatient with my child. She was great when we saw her when she was an infant/under 2 years old. My daughter is now 3&1/2 and is low speech. They had to dilate her eyes (which they didn’t tell me it was going to be an extra charge) and she stabbed her in the eye with the eye dropper. After 20 minutes (waiting for drops to work) she came back in and my daughter was upset because she just poked her eye. My daughter was really upset and crying and the doctor spoke rudely to my daughter to “just open your eyes” “open them we only have one second left”. She was trying to rush her when she just needed a moment to cool off. I won’t be going back with her.

I have been a patient there for over 30 years! Willingboro , Columbus and Moorestown. About 2 or 3 years ago I had to leave after waiting over 3 hours for dr to see me. Yesterday I was seen by the tech for all eye photos and preliminary work up. I had to wait in waiting area for over an hour and walked back to hallway and asked if they forgot about me. I was told it would be about 10 minutes longer. 30 minutes later I found my original technician and explained I had another drs appointment and could not wait any longer. This morning I got an email request to make a review for the doctor I never saw!!! I’m old and will not tolerate mediocrity any longer. Goodbye you list a long time customer!!!!
A routine annual eye exam took 2+ hours on 2 different occasions so if you are accustomed to spending a morning or afternoon waiting, go here. In addition the cost of new glasses here are significantly higher and not competitive so I’ll be going elsewhere and again spending half the time to get the same exam. The Dr’s are competent however scheduling is not. Please note the majority of my other Google reviews are very positive so I don’t want to perceived as “difficult” this is merely a buyer beware review.
I was a patient of Dr Nachbar, then whoever I got. I must say I am moving on. The last time I was there the reception area people are absolutely rude. I don’t often use that word and I thought maybe it was just a bad day. I called there today and these people are just ignorant and unprofessional. It is amazing that an organization like this hires the worst people to answer their phones and do their billing. I won’t be calling or going there again
Run!! This is the worst practice. No respect for people’s time. They do not care about their patients. If you actually need something or having a problem you will wait on hold for 20-30 minutes, get disconnected, bounced around from voicemail to voicemail and never get anything done. No one will help you. I’m pretty sure the receptionists just hang up on you because they don’t want to help you. Doctors are okay.
