I had a great experience here while getting glasses for my son. The staff was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. They treated us with great care and were very patient throughout the process. We really appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you for making our experience so pleasant!

First visit with Dr. Latifi today and was genuinely impressed. super thorough, detail-oriented, and just overall a great experience. The customer service from Reggie and Bobby really took it to another level. They were proactive in making sure I felt like I was getting the absolute best deal possible and even followed up after I left to help me save more. That kind of follow-through doesn’t happen often and was above and beyond. Safe to say all boxes were checked. I’ll definitely be back for my check up next year!

Reggie is an amazing associate whose expertise and stellar client service are impeccable! His attention to detail, ability and willingness to listen to the client, and transparency all combine to make him a consummate professional in eye care! Dr. Jaffe has been my doctor for many years and is an amazing professional.

I recently went for my annual eye exam and renewed my contacts prescription. When my wife made the appointment for both of us, we didn't realize it was with a remote doctor. However, the front desk staff informed us during check-in to ensure we were aware of the situation and offered us the chance to reschedule with an in-person doctor. We decided to stick with the remote doctor just to try out the new experience. Even though the doctor wasn't physically in the room, they could control the lens-flipping machine remotely as if they were right there next to us. The remote doctor is an actual person—not an AI assistant—so you receive the exact same level of treatment as you would during a traditional in-person visit. The only drawback is that the appointment takes a little longer. This is because the in-office assistant needs to manually switch out the equipment and get everything prepped before the remote doctor can step in. That extra transition time was the only noticeable difference for me. Overall, I really enjoyed the new experience!
