Great shopping experience at Sam’s Club! The store was clean, well organized, and fully stocked. Checkout was quick and easy. I always find good deals on groceries and household items, and the quality is consistently great. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop!

This is the only Sam’s Club that’s convenient for the Ashburn, Sterling, and Reston areas, so it stays pretty busy. Overall, it’s a good store with friendly and helpful staff. The Scan & Go checkout is one of the best features—it makes shopping quick and convenient, and I wish more stores offered something similar. Compared to Costco, the product selection is a bit more limited and doesn’t seem to rotate as often, but the prices are generally lower, which is a plus. My biggest disappointment is the bakery. They no longer have someone available to take cake orders in person, so everything has to be done online. While I understand the convenience of online ordering, it’s frustrating when you have questions or need a small customization. Speaking with a real person used to make the process much easier. The gas station is another area that could use improvement. It’s almost always backed up, and it seems like a few pumps are frequently out of service, which only makes the wait longer. Overall, it’s a solid Sam’s Club with great prices and friendly employees, but there are definitely a few areas where the customer experience could be improved.

Very pleased with how this store handled the most recent Pokemon drop! They limited to 2 per person (adult) per membership AND they verified that IDs matched account holder’s name. There were some line cutters in the middle of the night, and staff ensured that they did not get any product. It was organized, enforced, and everyone who anticipated receiving product (based on line number) was able to get it.

Busy on Sundays after 11 am but very good selection at this location. Got everything from tires to cell phones. Love the product samples they have placed around the store. You can try a lot of products and snack as you shop.

The lady at the entrance whose job is to scan membership cards is consistently unhelpful and, frankly, quite rude. Every time I visit this store, I find myself hoping she isn’t working because she immediately makes the shopping experience unpleasant. She often appears uninterested in assisting customers and gives the impression that helping members is an inconvenience. What’s particularly frustrating is that she seems to be the only person ever working the entrance—I honestly can’t recall seeing anyone else in that position during my visits. Customer service at the door sets the tone for the entire shopping experience, and unfortunately, she makes that experience feel unwelcome before I’ve even entered the store.
