I called June 1st to set appt/confirm my new vision ins. is excepted.June 19th first time coming to here, my appt. was at 11am,my child was right after me. After filling out necessary forms, being called to the back the female went over the info. on the form that I filled out, she proceeded to tell me it would be $10 to see the doctor but a total of $49 which includes images because they don't dilate eyes in office. At that moment, I wasn't prepared, expected or told prior to this that there was a charge. I told her yes, I will go ahead, pay for myself but I won’t pay for my child exam who is to be seen after me. I said she was able to be seen recently at our previous eye care facility (where I've never paid for an annual exam) but I wasn't seen due to them not accepting my new insurance which is why we are here. I let her know I have a copy of her prescription, she said okay just show the front desk when I go back out so once done she told me to have a seat back in lobby which I did after I showed the front desk the paper. This same female then called my child to the back while another employee called me to another exam room to see the doctor. After I see the doctor, my child is called in by the doctor and examined. Now we checking out, the manager tells me its $49 for me &my child & if I want her prescription I'd have to pay because its different than the one I had a copy of. I told her I just told the other female I'm only paying for myself, There's back and forth she's being rude telling me well I have to pay & said I should have stopped the doctor. I said its my first time here, every place is different I already had told them I wasn't prepared to pay both so why call her back anyway thats poor communication on their part. I paid for myself then I asked can I just apply that for my child so I get her prescription and I'll just wait for mine.I was told no she already closed it out. Now I have a balance to pay before being seen/if my child is seen again and to get the prescription. For a first time patient, I am highly disappointed that no accountability was taken, the poor communication, the attitude received by the manger and the other female that I specifically told her and the front desk I'll be just paying for myself until I asked if I'd could apply that payment for my child instead but was told No. The doctor was great unfortunately, how I was treated by other staff I can't recommend to anyone and most likely won't be back unless resolved. I hope to hear back from the owner.

Magnolia Eye = chef’s kiss perfection 👁️✨ From the moment I walked in, it was all smiles, zero stress, and blink-and-you’re-done efficiency. The staff? Friendlier than your favorite neighbor with fresh cookies. The service? Faster than me trying to read the eye chart without my glasses 😅 Everything was smooth, accurate, and honestly… kind of impressive. In and out with better vision and a better mood. 10/10 would trust them with my eyeballs again 👀💯

The convenience of Saturday visits is top tier. The staff are always polite, smiling, and helpful. My vision is terrible and the doctor (who is also very kind and polite) was very helpful in assisting me to find comfortable contacts for my eyes and bilateral astigmatism. Very pleased and grateful for their services.

Went in as a walk-in. They only take 3, 1st come - 1st served. Luckily someone didn't show up for their appointment and I was seen. Staff was nice. Dr was very professional, informative and friendly. The Magnolia Mall Lens Crafters is one of a very few that have a human Dr. The others do a virtual visit.

Very pleased with my eye exam and getting fitted for new glasses. Been a long time since my last exam, so happy with the whole experience. Recommend Magnolia Eye Associates highly.
