Just picked up my new eye glasses, to say I was "happy" with my experience would be an understatement. From the pain staking frame selection ( more for the optical person) to lens add ons Miss Jah'Rena Williams was above the term Professional. She educated me on things about eyewear that no one had ever knew or shared with me. I have nothing but confidence in recommending the Sam's Club of Florence SC Optical dept for all your eyewear needs.

At first glasses from Sam’s will seem like a good deal; you will save a lot, but the glass will only last a matter of weeks. Of the 4 people in my family who purchased glasses from Sam’s within the last 6 months, all of us have had problems. Even though they say you have a year’s warranty, you really don’t, or at least they won’t make good on them. Hardware fell off of one pair of glasses, twice; another pair stretched so much, they wouldn’t stay on; the lens on two other pairs cracked from being put too tightly in the frames.

The two ladies gave me the best attention and service I could have asked for. Then my glasses were perfect!
