I absolutely love the new doctor, and her staff has been wonderful. My only concern is that when I picked up my Betsey Johnson glasses, I was given a generic case instead of the Betsey Johnson case that belongs with them. Betsey Johnson cases are distinctive—bright pink with colorful, funky designs—and the case is part of purchasing designer frames. When I asked about it, the lady at the front desk mentioned that everyone loves those cases. I understand why, but I paid for Betsey Johnson glasses and would like to receive the matching case that came with my frames. I am not asking for anything extra; I simply want what I paid for. I would appreciate it if the correct Betsey Johnson case could be provided to me.

Had a follow up visit today. I was checked in by a great young lady up front. Then Ms. Jordan called me back and she was great. Very knowledgeable about my symptoms and past visit. Answered several questions and all. Just and all out great nurse. She gets a 5 out of 5 from me. I want to thank her for being nice to me. All around good experience here at Palmetto Eye and Associates. You all receive an A from me. Keep up the good. Just my girl Ms. Jordan wins 🏆 with an A+!!! Thanks Jordan
April 9, 2026. This is the second time they say they called me 3 times and left me 3 messages because there was no doctor here today. I showed my phone with no incoming number from them and showed no voice messages from them. They will lie to you because the doctor isn’t here for whatever reason. It’s an obvious lie if it’s not on my phone! Do not waste your time with them. And I have a broken hip where I could have been home recovering!
worst eye doctor ever. no communication amongst the staff. Trying to order contacts and speaking with Patrick, was very rude and did not listen to anything that was being said. He was trying to tell me that i was wearing a different trial contact then what i was actually wearing. The documents were not updated from the soc to the file and it has just been the wrost experience ever dealing with an eye doctor. Will not be back
I’ve been waiting over a month and still have not received my glasses. FYI do not pay in full first!
