First impressions matter, and unfortunately mine wasn’t great. The office appears to schedule appointments too close together, resulting in wait times well beyond the scheduled appointment time. If you choose this practice, I recommend planning for your actual appointment to begin at least an hour after your scheduled time. I would also avoid scheduling any meetings or commitments afterward, as there’s a good chance you won’t be on time. Respecting patients’ time is just as important as providing quality care, and I hope this improves in the future. Time: two hours and 45 minutes

This was a wonderful experience. We went in for laser surgery day of. We had some questions and reservations. Morgan the medical assistant who works there was helping us and she took our questions seriously. She made us feel heard and reviewed everything we needed. At the end of review it was decided we did not need to do the procedure. What an amazing and rare situation to find professional who care listen and do right by the patient. Thank you Morgan for your experience and care!

Dr Diaz is simply the best eye Dr. I have had. My eyes are complicated and she solved several problems with expert care. Her support team is also awesome. You see many great reviews for her and they are all true. She rocks. I have looked several years for a GREAT eye Dr. and have finally found one. Above and beyond she will go to give people their eyesight back. Thank you Dr Diaz!

I saw Dr Diaz last May for cataract surgery She never really explained anything to me Mary the surgical coordinator did more explaining. I paid $5,000.00 “for the better lenses” first surgery June felt like I had sand in my eye Diaz said I’ll go away 2 wks later second surgery. Several days later put a light on and was immediately blinded I called office Diaz saw me right away. She said “it happens” it’ll get better. It never did Saw Diaz every 2 wks she sent me to Dr Pabon who prescribed eye drops back to Diaz then to Pabon. It never got better. Diaz preformed a YAG to no avail. She never said what was wrong or what went wrong. My eyes are a mess. I saw better before surgeries I saw them every 2 wks until Feb when I canceled the appt. Andrea called to see if I was better I said no. She said she would speak to Diaz and get back to me. She never did I would never recommend this clinic

I picked up my prescription reading glasses today after cataract surgery. Each eye was different and I have been struggling a long time. They are fantastic are were covered by my United Healthcare Insurance! Perfect!
