Upon arriving at the front office receptionist area, I was greeted with enthusiasm and given directions to the Sight health area.The Optometrist and staff were exceptionally professional and ready to assist me. The doctor was excellent and very professional. However, the customer service was disappointing. The receptionists were not friendly or helpful, and their attitude made the overall experience unpleasant. I hope they improve the front desk service because it does not reflect the quality of the doctor.
When I went to get my eye exam I seen they barely had frames and was told to go to saint johns county to check out more options when I go to saint Johns county they had the same exact ones I picked two pairs because that’s what my insurance covers and when I sat down to get them measured the lady told us I had to get special lenses when I had never in my life had been told that and then she said insurance does not cover the special lenses so I had to pay 100 out of pocket when I shouldn’t have and then when I was supposed to go pick them up we kept calling and calling being told you could pick them up next week and then it was another week and then finally when the day came we couldn’t get ahold of anyone and the next day they said they tried calling but didn’t get an answer and they never actually called so now I’m waiting around for my glass while I’m not getting no phone call answer I feel like NO ONE SHOULD GO HERE!!!!
The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and professional. The only suggestion I can offer is a better indicator of where suite 3 was so the next person(s) can avoid delay as I did going up and down the elevator that I didn't need to travel. Otherwise it was a great experience for me! 😀
I had an awesome experience with Dr. Jenny! She was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and made the entire eye exam feel comfortable and relaxed. She took the time to clearly explain my results and answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. Her staff was just as great - super helpful and patient while helping me pick out glasses that I actually look good in! Highly recommend Dr. Jenny and her team. Five stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
