Ive been a patient here for two years and the care I have received is professional and kind. At one point they helped me work through an issue i had with an order of contacts in a gracious manner, and have always been excellent overall.
Amazing eye doctor and staff! Dr. Mandy and Janyll made my son feel at home and so comfortable at his appointment. They helped him pick out the perfect glasses and he couldn’t be happier. So thankful to have a neighborhood eye doctor that makes you feel like family!
Service was fast, and prompt. The Doc went over everything, made some suggestion, but most important of all, wasn’t pushy on selling anything. Great job.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mandy for my eye exam. The office is beautiful, extremely clean, and has a very modern, luxurious feel. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and treated me like a VIP. Dr. Mandy was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making the visit feel rushed. The entire experience was efficient, comfortable, and genuinely pleasant.
Coastal Clear Eyecare is top notch! Seriously the best in all of Jacksonville. I moved here from CA looking for a new optometrist that sold high end frames. Coastal is the only optometrist that sells high end frames like Tom Ford and many others! Plus their doctor and front office people are so incredibly patient, helpful and educated on all things eyes! They stand behind their top quality work! I drive 25 min to Coastal because I love the services and offerings so much! So glad I found my forever optometrist!
