This is my second time ordering glasses for my daughter with America’s Best. The first time, I went to a different location, and unfortunately the lenses were not made correctly — the eye that was supposed to be “zero” appeared blurry when my daughter wore the glasses. I then came to the Durbin Park location, and the staff immediately checked the glasses and offered to remake the lenses. They even prepared several options so my daughter could try them on and find what works best for her. This time, we ordered upgraded glasses, and everything was done quickly and with great quality. The manager also noticed that the arms of her old glasses were crooked and fixed them without me even asking. I’m very grateful for the staff’s patience and professionalism (especially since my English is not perfect). They are attentive, efficient, and truly care about their customers. As a very anxious mom, I always try to choose the best for my daughter — and this location is definitely one of the best. Thank you so much!
