Always a pleasure to come here. My family and I have been coming here for years and have always had the best experience. Dr.Tran is the BEST! Everyone is very warm and friendly, they have a great selection of frames, and fantastic recommendations!
The ophthalmologist seemed kind and knowledgeable, like a veteran, and the woman at the reception was friendly and quickly helped us with our matters. Generally, places that accept medical insurance have limited options for choosing glasses, but this place has plenty of choices for glasses that suit your taste. One regrettable point is that it opens at 10 AM. If it opened at 9, more customers would visit.
Got an eye exam, it was thorough and everything was explained well. Lisa at the front desk was also great! Very patient and dedicated to helping me find good frames, and explained the pros and cons and how easy it is to shape differenty types of frames.
I cannot express how well my experience with Atlas Optometry went. I was in need of an eye exam on short notice on a Saturday, and Lisa was gracious enough to pencil me in a few hours later in the afternoon. Lisa immediately put me at ease as soon as I walked through the front door. She was respectful, polite, and super personable. Meeting and speaking with Dr. Tran throughout my appointment was nothing short of amazing. Dr. Tran did an extremely thorough and comprehensive exam — even going the extra mile by doing a complimentary eye-check just to rule out a suspected condition. He was very patient and answered all of my questions completely. I never felt rushed or uncared for at any point of my visit. If you’re in search of a new optometry office, I cannot suggest anyone better and you shouldn’t look any further. Parking was easy and the office is in an extremely accessible location. Dr. Tran and Lisa are absolutely terrific in every way. They're friendly, prompt, listen to your concerns and addresses it with genuine care. We have been going here for over a year and have never had a bad experience. I took a picture of the doctor examining my son but I zoomed in and saw his eye chart socks. You can tell he loves his profession when these are the type of socks he wears to work. This is the type of doctor I want for my family and me. Highly recommended.
