The facility was clean and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The entire staff was kind and professional, especially NP Amber Clapp. After a bad experience elsewhere, I truly appreciated how thorough and attentive she was, she made me feel seen, not just like a number. She went above and beyond to address my concerns and gave me real hope. The lab team was also friendly and efficient, and the MyChart portal is easy to use and always up to date. I’m extremely satisfied with the care I received.

We were very impressed with NP Amber Clapp! Attentive, passionate and very understanding in dealing with my wife Who is starting to have a number of age related issues ! She out performed several Doctors my wife has seen over the past 15 years or so as far as knowledge And expertise !
Had a new patient appt recently, I needed help with fatigue and tendon pain throughout my entire body. The provider rushed thru my appt and barely listened to me, when I asked if we could address the pain I came in for they assured me we would. Labs were taken that ruled out the one issue the provider suspected, so they saw fit to keep my follow up appt months out even though there were other concerning abnormalities in my bloodwork and I'm still having worsening symptoms. Messaged the provider on the patient portal and was told I can follow up within 2 weeks. Couldn't find anything that fit my schedule but I managed to get permission from my supervisor to leave early for a same day appt. Only to have the appt cancelled by the provider's assistant shortly after I clocked out, saying I need to follow up in 2 weeks instead of "within 2 weeks", and they scheduled me 3 weeks out in the middle of my work day. I've had great experiences with other Atrium providers before, but I felt very hopeless and demoralized after all this.
I would give it a five star but trying to send me to Winston when there are hundreds of doctors in high point is crazy. other than that I am satisfy
I got my blood drawn from Jamie and she was absolutely awesome! Very accommodating, patient, and caring for my wellbeing. The facility was super clean and easy to navigate. Thank you for making an unpleasant event a great experience!
