I went to the Rehab Facility for several issues. I was treated by Sharon Hollis & she was Absolutely Wonderful! She tried to help me the best that she could, she is very knowledgeable & caring & continually researches in an effort to better help her patients. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get relief, through no fault of Sharon's! I highly recommend her, I wish her the best & I apologize for not continuing with her!

I was hospitalized at High Point Medical Center. After evaluation by Neurologist, Neuro Surgeon, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy it was determined that I needed in patient therapy due to fact it would be a risk to return home. I am week in left leg and it buckles when walking, my left hand/arm numb-pain-loose grip, hardly use it. All has been documented and spoken about by all these. Yet I was denied. Knowing I cannot even get in home. I live alone. My family is hours away, and have no one to depend on. Yet denied. I remember when medical fields cared about and took their oaths, and job serious, and cared about peoples true well being, not about money or get people through as fast as possible. Shame. That after all determined and ordered but yet denied.

The Physical Therapist are great. They attended to my problem and stabilized my ailment. I feel great! HOWEVER, Shelley, in the front office was indifferent and rude to me. I noticed she was very charming with others, even knew their names and bent over backwards to help them. But with me, well, she was rude every time I went in for my therapy appointments. But the therapists made it worth my time!

I was 8 minutes late to my appointment…I got lost…and they wouldn’t see me. They said I’d have to reschedule to sometime in July. It hurt a lot to get dressed and get here and pain just to walk in. A little more compassion would be nice.
