Front desk was so nice and welcoming, especially that 1 lady who almost screamed “HELLO” at me. It was so sweet, like she knew me from somewhere!! I was confused where I knew her from, but I don’t know her at all. The Tech lady was a Type A personality. Not in a bad way though once you got to know her. I thought she hated me at first. And you don’t want that for your first eye appt, but she was actually quite nice and pleasant!! The Dr Verhaeghe though, I don’t have many nice things to say. Maybe she knows what she is doing but her personality kinda sucks. She is very factual and not pleasant. She will not say things like “you’re welcome” or “nice to meet you” or even “goodbye” or “have a good day”, I suppose she thinks those pleasantries are not something that feel right with her, “fake” maybe. She does not interact very well at all with people. She has a very cold feeling that I don’t like. Especially for a doctor when you can be very nervous if you have a problem. I suspect she has Asperger’s. And I suspect I’m right about it. Advice: even if it “feels fake” please be nicer to your patients. And please show some sort of feelings at all. Instead of being completely cold, and no reaction to things. I will be looking for a new eye provider.

First of all, they were rude. We were standing at the counter, and they kept helping other patients who came after us. When we objected, we were snapped at and told that it was busy. When it was finally "our turn," when there was no one else waiting, she looked at us as if we were salesmen knocking at her house door. After my exam, when I was sitting with the lady who does the fitting, she wanted me to get new frames, despite me telling her that I liked the ones I had and they were less than a year old. So, she twisted and bent them this way and that, supposedly to see if they were good enough to last another year. I was prepared to tell her that if she broke them, she would be buying me new frames. And they were expensive. I gave two stars because the doctor herself was nice.

First time here after trying others in Oshkosh area. Absolutely top-notch service and attention to detail, Dr. Amy was complete and really took the time to make sure all of my eye ware prescription needs were covered. Presented all of my insurance information ahead of time and everything was submitted and processed by the time I left. Nice selection of frames. My wife has been were several times and has had similar experiences.

The staff is so friendly and worked amazingly with my 5 year old daughter. They did everything possible to make her feel comfortable and answered any questions we had! I will always come back because of the amazing customer service!
