Insight Eye Care

I needed a contact and glasses appointment. I was able to get in in a timely manner. Had a thorough eye exam with dilation. I then went to Jolene to get new glasses and contacts. The glasses she helped me pick out are beautiful thank-you! My contacts I was able to try out for 2 weeks because my vacation was the day after my appointment. We ended up going with a different brand. Everyone there from the time you walk in to the exam to getting your merchandise were ALL AWESOME!!!

Rather you have insurance or not they will work with you so you can receive the eye health care you need. You have options in having the eyes dilated (for a slight extra amount they have a solution to normalize them sooner) or, have it done digitally. You then have a comprehensive eye exam to ensure you see your very best. You feel that your eye health is very important to them and will answer questions or fill you in on your personal exam/needs. If you need glasses and are having a hard time picking frames suitable for your face and stay within a budget that is comfortable there staff will happily help you out. Come in if you’re having trouble with your frames and they will adjust, as well as your eye glass cleaner is free as long as you bring in your empty container.

So, so great! Kirby was helpful and fun from the git go. She asked style and color questions about frames, listened well... and the First Pair she brought to me was the one I bought. Amazing. Can't wait to get my new glasses!

Insight always goes above and beyond. I have been a customer for several years and have visited both Oshkosh & Appleton campuses. Both locations have friendly and accomodating staff who have helped problem solve solutions for correcting my vision for all the ranges; near, far and computer. They have great options for frames and lenses. Highly recommended!

The 'pre-exam' was aweful. Rushed through everthing like the building was on fire. I felt bad for the poor girl that was being trained in the whole process. Three weeks have passed and I still haven't been notified that the set of trial contact lenses are ready for me to pick up. Time to go back to the chain stores that I thought I should get away from. They have superior customer service compared to what I recieved here.
