My kiddo had their first new patient appt with Dr. Kierstead. Upon arrival everyone was so very friendly and greeted us immediately. The staff at the front desk was so friendly. Nicolette helped us and was so kind and attentive! I appreciate that especially when going somewhere for the first time. My kiddo has a bit of a history so she was very helpful in relaying to the Dr if they needed any other records. Dr. Kierstead was “awesome and really nice”! A big compliment from a very curious 10 year old. He was kind and patient with all the questions. He was thorough and also attentive. He engaged with my child and made them feel comfortable. I am truly grateful for that. Overall, our first experience was a great one. I have an upcoming visit for myself and am looking forward to it. I would recommend Wisconsin Vision to everyone.
While in the Oshkosh area, My husband and I stopped into Wisconsin Vision to inquire about being able to get a vision exam and new glasses and how soon I would receive them. Amanda walked us through and listened diligently to all of our questions. It was a great experience, we gained a friend today-
Went into get an adjustment and Amanda,Nicolette and Hannah all greeting me in perfect harmony! They were kind and quick and made it such a fun visit even for such a small visit. I will be back to schedule my exam soon!
