Had a lab appointment set for Monday, Dr. said she put in the order. They called me due to the weather and asked to reschedule. I did so for Tuesday. Being the ONLY Aurora clinic with reasonable hours (people work until 5), I drove half an hour to get there, just to find out my Dr. never made the order or that it expired. They knew I had an appointment, called to cancel and reschedule, and never mentioned this until I was CHECKED IN WAITING FOR MY TURN. Just needed a simple blood draw, and wasted an hour of driving and gas for nothing.

Above and Beyond: My Exceptional Experience with Aurora Healthcare I cannot recommend Aurora Healthcare highly enough. From the moment I first interacted with their system, every single staff member—from administrative assistants to nurses and physicians—demonstrated a level of professionalism, compassion, and efficiency that truly sets them apart. Outstanding Quality of Care The medical expertise provided by the team here is top-notch. Specifically, my primary care physician took ample time to listen to my concerns, explain complex diagnoses in clear, understandable language, and collaborate on a treatment plan that felt personalized and comprehensive. I never felt rushed; I felt respected as an active partner in my own health journey. The coordination between departments (e.g., scheduling a follow-up lab test or an imaging appointment) was seamless, indicating a highly organized and communicative internal structure. The Human Touch: Compassionate Staff What truly distinguishes Aurora is the incredible compassion of their nursing and support staff. During a minor illness, the nurses were incredibly attentive, checking in frequently and ensuring I was comfortable and pain-free. They handled stressful situations with genuine warmth and patience, which made a huge difference in reducing anxiety. This commitment to patient comfort—the genuine "human touch"—is something often missing in large healthcare systems, but it thrives here. Clean, Modern Facilities The facilities themselves are immaculate, modern, and well-maintained. The waiting areas are calm and welcoming, and the examination rooms are spotless. The ease of navigating the facility (excellent signage and helpful attendants) also contributed to a stress-free visit. It's clear that Aurora prioritizes a clean and healing environment, which is reassuring for any patient. Final Verdict If you are looking for a healthcare provider that combines cutting-edge medical care with heartfelt compassion and flawless professionalism, look no further than Aurora Healthcare. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I am grateful to have such a dedicated team managing my health. They don't just treat conditions; they treat people. Five stars, without hesitation!
As with everywhere, it seems, usually quite a wait to see someone specific and most doctors want to get through appointments quickly.
Always been very pleased for the service and care I get from the staff and my doctor. The only disappointing issue I have experienced is the length of time it takes now to get an appointment to see my primary physician. Sometimes it can take up to three months. I've never had this problem years ago, yet nowadays it seems to be the norm. I know my doctor is wonderful and very busy, she also works at Urgent Care. No fault to her personally, I just feel abandoned by her inability to have a more open calendar for scheduling appointments. Otherwise, I appreciate the convenience for appointments, lab and testing, xrays and Pharma being so close to home.
After a very negative experience at a different location I was referred to Dr Garvey (ENT). He was AMAZING- very thorough & informative, and not eager to throw pills at my medical issue or pushy for surgery; instead he gave a variety other helpful alternative solutions. Very professional & knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
