Jen, at 1st floor reception is an absolute gem. She checked me in today, and has at past visits. Along with her Froggy, she has an unforgettable, kind, gracious, and conscientious demeanor. She is a lovely lady. Also, I want to thank Melissa in urgent care for the after visit follow-up call.

This review is specific to orthopedics. I personally don’t go here, but my parents do. If you need orthopedic care and can go anywhere else, DO IT. Both of my parents have had debilitating injuries multiple times over the past few years. My mom had to wait 3 months to be seen for a meniscus tear. My dad had to wait 2 months to be seen for a labrum tear. My mom has a debilitating back injury for 6 weeks. Shes not being given appropriate pain medication, her doctors haven’t ordered the proper imaging, and they are sending her to PT without a diagnosis. She has to wait 3 more weeks for PT. Her friend has a foot injury and can’t even get an xray for 10 weeks! This is not how good orthopedic clinics work!! Froedtert, if you can’t see your patients, send them elsewhere. This is not good medical care. You have other clinics. Aurora is very nearby, and they seem to put their patient experience as a much higher priority than you do. You need to do better. This is shameful.
Service is generally good, billing and communication with the insurance company is TERRIBLE. Spouse had physical therapy sessions with Daniel. Insurance (Network Health) denied some of the procedures. The frustrating thing is that the Froedtert billing/coding department completely messed up the coding and hence the insurance company denied the claims. We had to get on the phone numerous times with both the insurance company and Froedtert to get it straightened and it still was a mess. We ended up having to pay the uncovered amount. What's even worse is that Network Health is OWNED by Froedtert! The billing/coding departments at Froedtert are not very good. Be careful when you go to Froedtert for any procedures that they are doing the proper billing/coding.
They Misdiagnosed me. I went in on November 3rd in Which I thought was a Yeast Infection what was Not, But was a Bacterial infection that they Never tested for. They could of just added one More Test to See why Me Being Diabetic at High Risk was So Miserable. I will never go Back. I'd Rather Go 45 minutes into Milwaukee. They Looked at me Wierd too..like Racist...but Can't Proove it..when you know, You just Know.
Very disappointed and I’m a long time patient with Froedtert, but over the last couple of years I have seen a real Decline in and how it operates. Services are poor for example. I had a physical and I had blood work an EKG reasonable response, but still longer than a three day that they claimed return messages in a timely manner. More like five so I got the call back but I never had anybody. Call me about the EKG. It had never been looked at. I had my appointment on the 31st. It is now the 12th and I put a phone call in yesterday. Is that urgent message and again no one returned my call. I had an abnormal EKG with right side blockage and a possible silent heart attack, and up until this point no one needs to even look at my EKG and I had to call. I had a previous experience same thing. It went like 10 days I had to call say nobody’s looked at it. Fortunately nothing has gone wrong but what if it was serious or maybe it is serious with my heart sounds serious doesn’t sound like they take any seriously and they used to be really good. I used to be a believer that they were good at hospital now I question it from the service my wife got with probably I would consider it might be malpractice surgery she had on her hand and even the Doctor Who did the surgery was surprised when I took the cast off, and I could see it, and it never fully recovered, but the finger was almost completely black so no I’m dissatisfied and the doctor. I have four my primary I’ve only seen twice. Funny thing is the doctor I had before was like a doctor house kind of said it like it was and was not politically correct most people wouldn’t like him, but I did, but he either quit or got fired, but he was better because he followed through so disappointing so very disappointing. They need to step up their game their emergency room sucks too bad service and she never be that an emergency room think twice I know not every doctor’s bad but I think the system is it’s broken. I think it’s The hospital.
