My experience with Vision Works in West Bend was heat. The Doctor was efficient and answered all my questions. Connie was awesome. She took the time to help me find glasses the look great on me. The girls helped me decide on which ones to buy. They were helpful explaining my insurance benefits. I would definitely recommend this store.
After reading so many reviews, I was honestly a little nervous about coming here. In fact, I even considered bringing one of my kids with me because I wasn’t sure what to expect based on some of the experiences I had read about. However, I needed an eye exam, and the many positive comments about the doctor ultimately convinced me to schedule an appointment. I’m so glad I did. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and welcoming. As I was leaving, I mentioned that some of the reviews had almost deterred me from making an appointment. I was told that the employee who had been the subject of many of those complaints is no longer with the practice. My experience was nothing but positive, and I’m very happy I decided to give them a chance. I would not hesitate to return and would gladly recommend them to others.
The wait was tolerable . The staff all professional. The doctor was honest and I only paid for the eye exam. Said I really didn't need new prescription with minor changes in my vision. He adjusted my nose piece so my glasses r higher on my face w my progressive lenses which solved my issues I was having and saved me money on a new pair of glasses
Dr Pollock and staff are great! Doc takes the time necessary and answers all of my questions. Definitely makes me feel so much better about my vision. Staff was so great and worked to get me the best price she could using their coupon versus my insurance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Very poor selection of toddler glasses. I did call ahead to see if they had toddler glasses and was told they did, however they didn’t have even 1 pair that would fit my 3 year old and had the inability to order in different colors or sizes than what they had in their limited stock. Not worth the stop if you’re looking for baby/toddler glasses!
