A delightful experience from start to finish. Booking was easy, phone call to verify insurance was short and sweet, greeting when I arrived was warm and welcoming. The doctor and the assistant were both professional AND personable. And a free eye drop sample! Honestly, a stark difference from my last eye exam at a different company. Will definitely recommend this location to friends and family!

The care and service I received were excellent from the moment I arrived. The office staff was very helpful, welcoming, and efficient throughout the entire visit. Dr. Blum took the time to perform a thorough and detailed evaluation, explaining every part of the exam clearly and professionally. He also carefully reviewed the evaluation previously done by another eye doctor, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Very professional, friendly, and truly attentive to his patients. I highly recommend this optical to anyone looking for quality eye care.
I finally took the plunge and got my first pair of eyeglasses ever and they made the whole experience incredibly easy. I’d put it off for way too long, but they walked me through everything and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. I ended up with a pair of Ray-Ban XTRActive progressives and they’re perfect for me. I can see clearly now for the first time in a long time. Honestly it’s been such a game changer. I’m extremely happy and I can say without hesitation that I’m a customer for life. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I had a really good experience at this location. Came in for an eye exam with the intent to buy some new glasses. They did a great job getting me back on time. Doctor came in quickly and got the exam done. But really the best part was the glasses. They had an excellent frame selection and lots of nice brands. I was having a hard time choosing my pair and the staff was super patient letting try on different ones and making recommendations. Very pleased with the experience of love my new glasses!
The customer service at this location is unbelievably bad. My daughter has been wearing glasses for years, and this was my first time trying Pearle Vision. After this experience, it will absolutely be my last. I was given completely inaccurate information about my insurance, and the staff couldn’t even be bothered to call the insurance company to verify my daughter’s benefits. Instead of helping, Megan dismissed what I was saying and told me it “didn’t make sense” because she’s been there for 10 years. Apparently experience there just means confidence in being wrong. I was also told that this location can't call insurance to verify benefits because it violates HIPAA. Verifying insurance benefits is absolutely allowable under HIPAA. It really felt like the staff was lazy and didn't want to take 5 minutes to make a phone call. If this is the level of service Pearle Vision considers acceptable, they can keep it. I’ll gladly take my business somewhere that actually respects its customers.
