My experience with Marietta Eye Clinic was more than I expected. Being in the health care arena I have seen the down fall of Healthcare over the years and I regret ever having to go to any facility for care. But I experienced what healthcare use to be at your facility. I saw professionalism, compassion, great attitudes, caring, integrity, intelligence and organization. A shout out to Nina Daughrity, she made my day. What more can I say. Everyone was on the ball and attentive. I am looking forward anxiously to having the cataract surgery because I feel you won’t disappoint. May God bless each and everyone of you and may you continue to do exceptional work at this clinic. The front desk staff were truly a breath of fresh air. My husband’s insurance was having trouble showing that I was covered, which could have easily turned into an awkward or stressful situation. Instead, the staff went above and beyond to help, working directly with the insurance company to verify my coverage. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Fantastic customer service from start to finish!
I always say that a dr's care is only as good as the support team and in this case, the team was very good. Initially, I was dismayed because I learned that I was to have my eyes dilated which (can) make it difficult to drive. When I completed my paperwork two days prior, there was no indication of me having that exam; even when I opened the docs to read what exam I would have. There was nothing in the file, so I was caught very off guard when I was told that's what today's exam was for. Yes; we'd discussed this last year, but a reminder would've been productive. Nevertheless, the actual exam by Dr. Smith was very quick and I was able to call my husband to pick me up. I was ok with the quick exam because the tech that prepared my eyes prior to Dr Smith's examination was very thorough. I found everyone I interacted with in the office from reception to both techs and Dr. Smith were professional and courteous.
First time at this location. The staff and doctor were pleasant and professional. The doctor answered all my questions and didn't seemed rushed. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful from the moment I stepped in the door until I left the building.
I've seen 2 different doctors for my annual eye exams. Both were great as was the staff. I like the fact that you can schedule an appointment at one of many different locations in our area. The staff was also courteous and professional. Highly recommended!
