Wonderful experience yesterday. Came in early and just worked me through flawlessly. Everyone was kind and helpful. The physician Dr. Mohammed was great. Best exam I have ever had, for someone with horrible eyesight. Offered multiple suggestions for dry eyes and I received a new prescription for glasses. The optical department was very helpful and new glasses will be here soon. Highly recommend. Fresh new experience unlike my old optical place.

Dr. Travis is the best! She’s very transparent , thorough and knowledgeable! She breaks down her findings in the simplest form that even a child would understand! Loved everything about my experience from beginning to end interaction with Ms. Pearl! Thank you all for making my eye appt the best I’ve ever had during this type of appt.

I had a good experience here for my eye exam yesterday! The front desk lady(young) was welcoming, helpful, and organized from the moment I walked in. The doctor was very kind, thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this clinic for its professional and friendly service! The other lady(old) in the front desk wasn’t really that nice but it was ok

Had an appointment that I confirmed 2 days before and received confirmation emails and texts even the same morning. Showed up on time and they said it was canceled last night. I did not cancel it and I showed them the text from the same morning confirming I'm still scheduled. They tried to fit me in and made me wait 35min and still couldn't see me. No apology. They didn't care. Rude staff. Never returning.

This place has very friendly staff from the cjeck-in process to the doc that gives the exam. All smiles and they made you feel like family. No pressure sales or un-charge like I have experienced at other Eye Centers. Glad I found a new home.
