What a quality practice! Dr. Desai is amazing and cares for her patients. I can’t say enough good things. She listens and has great bedside manner. I went to another eye care provider last time, not doing that again!

Dr. Desai is an amazing, attentive eye doctor who has no issue expressing genuine concern, care, and compassion for her patients! However, I do not care much for the receptionists as all the times I've called to have questions addressed they seem short, irritated, and overall, not very customer friendly. In person it's definitely not as bad, but if you have anxiety surrounding making phone calls like I do, I recommend mentally preparing yourself before you call.

I highly recommend Austin Eyecare. I was assisted immediately when I arrived and the greet was very welcoming. The staff's customer services was kind and professional - ensureing I had all in place and explainig the prelimenary of my vist. An etablished protocol for a clean and sanitary environment is very much place. The staff cleaned before and after each use of the equipment in my visit. Dr. Desai reitroduced herself as it has been sometime since my last visit. Very kind and her professionalism is beyond the stars. To have an optometrist who is extremely knowledgeable and has an understanding benevolent demeanor, is what was most vaulable today. I am a recent widower and always had my darling Debbie accompany me to my visits. My eye exam was completed and I felt encourgared that I was not alone. Dr. Desai is by far the most attentive, caring eye doctor I have ever been to. She definitely went above and beyond in helping me make the best choice for my vision and my wallet. Her support staff are also amazing. I’m so glad the nice blonde tech with the piercings stayed with the practice - she is always so pleasant and welcoming. The gentleman who helped me pick out my glasses was also very sweet. I will definitely tell all of my friends and colleagues that they have to come here!
