I walked into this optometrist office and immediately felt welcomed. They made sure I was seen on time, and the doctor took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. The entire staff was very kind and professional, and the lady who assisted me explained the contact ordering process clearly and thoroughly. i ALWAYS come back here to get my prescription for a VERY affordable price. they will not rip you off and the service is so friendly! Dr. Tran and Dr. Nguyen are professional and will make you feel welcome and warm instantly! they have a beautiful selection of frames that are both designer and affordable, but great quality nonetheless.
I came in today with my brother for eye exams, and we had an amazing experience. The customer service was excellent from start to finish all the staff was very attentive, welcoming, and made sure we left happy with our frames. Jenny was especially helpful and really understood the style and vibe I was going for with my glasses for it being my first time. The doctor was also very understanding and patient with us, which made the visit even more comfortable. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism from the entire team, and I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends
Best experience ever! Dr. Linh was so personable and such a delightful person. Her staff, Lupe and Lisa, were the same! Lupe was so helpful answering all my(many!) questions and helping me chose the right lens for my lifestyle. They have a nice selection of frames. The location is convenient and there's free parking. I highly recommend to anyone needing an eye doctor, exam, glasses, or contacts.
The optometrists was super nice and swee! i love her and have been going to this optometrist for a while now , I dont have insurance but only paid 230$ for the glasses exam, another exam that helps look closer into your eyes , and 2 pairs of glasses. Super great priced i was scared i was gonna have to spend 500+, everything was good, quick and easy!
