I have owned progressive lenses before but they never felt right until I came here . They do it right the first time . They worried that I’d have to get them refitted because I brought in the frames “RAY-BAN”. I put them on and said to them .”These are perfect”. No need for anything. Fare close and near . Perfect alignment .
I had a great experience at Quality Vision South I‑35. The entire team was extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. Anna was very helpful and polite, and she took the time to answer all my questions with patience. They made the whole process smooth and comfortable, and you can truly tell they care about their patients. The office is very well organized, and the level of customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent service. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience!
Today a lens popped out of its frame. I took it in along with another pair (wire frame) to get straightened. They completed the work timely and above any expectations I had. When I asked how much, (I’m thinking $20-$40) they only asked for a google review. These days I find every place is trying to nickel and dime you. It was such a surprise to deal with good honest folks. I’ll certainly buy my next pair here!
