My 11 year old son had a surgical procedure on his eye, performed by Dr. Martin Ellis. I was anxious and nervous, however the staff, and Dr. Martin Ellis were fantastic! The surgery went off without a hitch! Highly recommended!
I have read so many mixed reviews on this place but decided to see for myself and I am happy I did. I thought the ladies were all super friendly and I loved the causal atmosphere. I was able to get a thorough eye exam despite COVID19 and was able to get a new prescription for eye glasses.
This place at one time was great. Now too many patients and no quality care. I waited over 4 hours to see a doctor and just left in disgust after being told it would be another hour before seeing anyone.
Very long waits. Had appointment at 1:15pm and had to wait over an hour. Front staff is rude and very unprofessional. Front staff openly made comments about the interactions with customers. Will take the drive to other clinics.
Dr Matin-Ellis is a KIND man, and he has taken very good care of my eyes to make sure the glaucoma doesn't steal my eyesight from me.
