She took the time to answer our questions, explained everything clearly, and made us feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Her patience, compassion, and excellent customer service truly made a difference during a stressful time. It is rare to find someone who is both so knowledgeable and genuinely caring. All the staff are very friendly and courteous; Dr. Collins is very pleasant, kind, and professional. She explained everything very well and patiently answered my questions clearly and kindly.

We have visited this office multiple times for my father’s cataract surgery with Dr Tompkins. There’s nothing to complain about this office. All the staff, nurses, and the doctors we have met, especially Dr Tompkins himself, were very friendly, professional, and caring! The doctor’s surgery was amazing and improved my dad’s vision so much, an addition to his cool personality!
